We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 daysof delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at shop@subtleluxeshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you at no cost.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

- Items that are damaged, worn, or missing original packaging
